Over the course of 14 weeks, your running performance will experience continuous enhancements. The program begins with 1-minute jogging intervals alternated with 1.5-minute walks. As you successfully complete runs, your body's endurance will improve while the program gradually intensifies.
Carry your device along on your runs to enjoy your preferred music and receive audio prompts through your headphones guiding you when to run or walk. Throughout your entire run, directions will be relayed to you through your headphones or speakers.
Glance at the app while on the go and access valuable information such as:
- Duration of your run
- Remaining time for your current run
- Remaining time for the current interval
In case you need to pause due to any reason, you can easily do so! Additionally, you can toggle between different intervals using the Back/Next option.
